Fiddlewoods Residential Development

Fiddlewood Village is a 40 hectare retirement retreat and residential development in the Lowveld town of White River.

The proposed development consist of mixed use dwelling types, protecting the character of the environment.

It is the architectural intention to be sensitive to the natural beauty of the surroundings. We have designed the architectural concept to be a light architecture that invites nature into the residential unit, using natural light, glass and natural building elements such as timber and stone.

Introducing green architectural principals such as harvesting rainwater, sun control, solar power is an important aspect of the design.

Innovative design and building practice create a dynamic and interesting residential living concept that will be unique to Fiddlewoods Residential Development.
